Payment and Presale Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment is collected at the time you place your order, including for presale and backordered items.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Order Processing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. Orders containing presale or out-of-stock items will ship once all items are available, and we\u2019ll email you when your order is ready to ship. You\u2019ll receive a shipping notification email with tracking once your order goes out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

International Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We offer international shipping to the following countries: CA, UK, DE, and FR. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I check the status of my order?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When your order has shipped, you\u2019ll receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping to P.O. Boxes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address is a P.O. Box, please check with your carrier regarding their policy before ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We\u2019ll refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
